So what am I looking at?

Well, this is an example of a player statistic page. Their name, nickname, location of registration, and rank/xp totals are listed. These are updated after each game the player participates in.

How do the ranks work?

Each time you participate in an event, your scores are tracked. The better you score compared to others will determine the amount of experience points ("XP's") you gain. There are an equal amount of XP's open to each game - no one game grants any more experience than the others. Once you hit a threshold of points, you advance in Rank. The higher your Rank, the higher you will be on the Player Rankings list for that game. Ranks may also later be used to determine such things as All-Star Games, Store vs. Store matchups, and interleague competitions. Most importantly, though, they're for serious bragging rights!

And the picture?

That's known as an Avatar. The one pictured above is the default generic avatar that all players begin with. However, once a player reaches Overall Rank 3, they qualify for a personalized avatar - they can email in a picture to the Commissioner to replace the generic one. Additional prizes await players who reach even higher rankings...

Sounds cool - where do I sign up?

Game Parlor Woodbridge is currently open for registration. You can come in and fill out one of the registration forms. The CGL does not support faxed or emailed registrations.
